Sunshine

What a beautiful day, I have been for a wonderful walk along the river, Arnie, my gorgeous chocolate labrador came with me, he braved the cold water and went for a swim. The daffodils coming into bloom and the primroses poking out through the grass, spring is here. My energy restored and the sun on my face, a stroll in nature is the best pick me up.....enjoy.....
